CG Australia orders are dispatched from within Australia, so customers don’t have to deal with international shipping or overseas customs delays. Orders are dispatched domestically from within Australia from a central city location. Sorry we don’t disclose the specific sending location but rest assured, orders are processed quickly and generally arrive within 2-5 business days for regular post or 1-3 days for express post Australia Wide.
Sure thing. We’re super aware you want that tracking number as quickly as possible. Assuming you’ve made payment via OSKO and included the order number in the ref field, we’ll have your order sent next day and tracking normally comes through in the afternoon/evening. It will take longer on weekends due to bank reconciliation delays.
Please read our Germination Policy first and make sure you have followed its requirements before contacting us. We know everyone has their own preferred method. But honestly, the method outlined in our policy is the most recognized and accepted method in the industry. Whilst other methods may work most of the time, we can only accept the most tried and tested method for guarantee purposes.
